NetApp (NASDAQ: NTAP) today was ranked in the top ten on Business Review Weekly’s 2015 “Best Places to Work” list in Australia. This marks the eighth consecutive year that NetApp has been named in the widely acclaimed list.

This year’s honour validates NetApp’s ongoing commitment to fostering a dynamic and collaborative working environment. NetApp’s unique Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program enables each employee to volunteer up to five consecutive days per year, with full pay, during regular business hours to support the nonprofit organisations of their choice. In this past year, passionate NetApp employees have contributed their time to supporting many initiatives, including the Hugs4Hospitals campaign with the Day of Difference Foundation, FareShare, the Hartley Foundation and the Cerebral Palsy Alliance.

The local team also encourages families to remain a close part of NetApp, with concepts such as Kids@Work Day.
